I offer existential psychotherapy, a thoughtful and collaborative approach that creates space to explore your experiences, relationships, choices and the questions that matter to you. It is an opportunity to pause, understand yourself more deeply and make sense of your experience.

I have over fifteen years' experience working across private practice, the NHS, charities and higher education. Before training as a psychotherapist, I spent several years working within large international corporate organisations. Since qualifying, I have combined private practice with senior leadership roles within NHS and charitable mental health services. Together, these experiences have given me an understanding of both the corporate and mental health worlds.

This has shown me that the pressures people carry are not always visible, and that how someone appears does not always reflect how they feel on the inside.
