Back in 2008, I swapped a career in the City for a vocation in bodywork. What began with clinical massage has since evolved into osteopathy, and my mission remains clear: to help you move out of pain, restore your confidence, and support you in reaching your professional or personal goals. I work with a wide range of people: from sports enthusiasts and busy entrepreneurs to women navigating pregnancy or menopause, and older adults seeking to maintain mobility and independence. Your treatment always begins with a conversation: we’ll explore your current concern or goal, review your health history, and carry out a physical or movement assessment. From there, we’ll create a tailored plan that may include hands-on osteopathic techniques, remedial massage, Western acupuncture, or taping. To support lasting results, I integrate movement-based approaches such as remedial exercise, Somatic Movement Education, and Active Isolated Stretching. For those managing persistent back pain, I draw on the principles of Cognitive Functional Therapy. Every person is unique, and so is every treatment. I’ll meet you where you are and design care that truly fits your needs.
