Profile: As a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist (BCST), I'm dedicated to supporting your journey towards profound well-being and inner balance. My practice centres on the gentle yet powerful principles of BCST, which honour your body's innate wisdom and remarkable capacity for self-healing. It's a therapy suitable for all ages and conditions, and you don't need to feel unwell to benefit from the sessions; many clients seek it for deeper connection and enhanced vitality.

With 11 years of experience in holistic therapies, my journey began as a Reiki I and II practitioner from 2014-2017, followed by qualifications in holistic massage in 2019, and culminating in BCST in 2024. This diverse background allows me to bring a comprehensive and intuitive understanding to your healing process.

I create a safe and nurturing space, allowing you to deeply relax and connect with your body's subtle intelligence. Through a light, respectful touch, I facilitate the release of deeply held tensions, trauma, and restrictions, promoting a profound sense of nervous system regulation. My aim is to empower you to access your own inner resources, leading to reduced pain, increased resilience, emotional balance, and an enhanced sense of overall vitality.

Beyond these hands-on therapies, I also offer Human Design guidance to individuals and families. This unique approach provides insights into complex and seemingly simple issues that may not be addressed by other therapeutic modalities, helping you understand your energetic blueprint and live in greater alignment.
