Profile: I initially trained as an actress which gave me an understanding of posture, movement, the use of the voice, dance and the benefits of physical fitness. An episode of severe back pain led me to seek osteopathic treatment which was so beneficial that is inspired me to change career and train as an osteopath.

After graduating from The British School of Osteopathy in 1999, I went to work with Stuart Korth in Turnbridge Wells and worked at The Osteopathic Centre for Children for 13 years, where I became a tutor teaching postgraduate students. I have a busy and varied practice treating people from all walks of life and all ages. Osteopathy can help a wide range of conditions including muscle, joint, and nerve pain, headache, migraine, digestive issues, circulatory problems, anxiety and stress related and much more.

I also specialise in working with children, babies, and pregnant and postpartum mothers.

I am a specialist cranial osteopath fully trained in the biodynamic approach. I also use other osteopathic techniques such as soft tissue and joint mobilisation depending on the individual case.

Completed Somatic Experiencing Practitioner Training in April 2023.

Completed NATouch Foundation Training in May 2025.
